Supporters from anywhere in the world can now send support using:

    🇰🇪 M-PESA - Kenya only

Creators must be based in Kenya to receive payments. We're working on adding more countries.

NunuaChai is for any creator or digital entrepreneur — YouTubers, musicians, podcasters, teachers, developers, writers, influencers, or anyone who wants to monetize their craft through fan support.

You can create products either physical or digital. Include product description, price and ensure the item is active. You can track sales through your dashboard and notifications.

Supporters can use:

Payments are fast, secure, and processed in real-time.

No!
Supporters are never charged extra fees.
If you send KSh 200 or $5, that’s exactly what comes out of your account — NunuaChai handles all processing fees behind the scenes.

Creators receive 80% of each contribution.
NunuaChai keeps a transparent 20% fee to cover:

  • 1. M-PESA & Paystack transaction costs
    2. Hosting, customer support, platform development
    3. Growth and marketing

Yes.
We use trusted, encrypted payment gateways: M-PESA and Paystack. Your personal and financial data is protected at every level.
We never sell your information, and we don’t run ads.

Withdrawals are processed daily (Monday–Friday) between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM (Nairobi time).
Minimum withdrawal is KSh 500 and is sent instantly to your M-PESA number.

Supporters can now contribute from any country using their credit or debit card. You'll receive your payment in KSh, based on the system exchange rate.

All you need is a valid Safaricom M-PESA number to receive funds. Everything is handled through mobile money.
